Drama Kids International Named a Top Franchise for Women by Franchise Business Review
Independent Survey Shows Female Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with Drama Kids’ Performance Online PR News – 11-February-2017 – Drama Kids International was recently named a top franchise by Franchise Business Review in its 2017 Top Franchises for Women Report. Franchise Business Review, a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in special reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors. Drama Kids was among 300 franchise brands, representing over 6,400 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. Drama Kids’ franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), and work/life balance. An additional 16 questions asked franchisees about their market area, demographics, business lifestyle, overall enjoyment running their franchise, and role in the franchisee community.
The survey data showed the following:
“We are very honored and pleased that the most respected franchise market research firm in the U.S. has identified Drama Kids as one of the Top Franchise Businesses for Women, and has also ranked Drama Kids as one of the 50 best franchises overall based on franchisee satisfaction” said Drama Kids President, Charlie Kerr. “We are very fortunate to have an amazing group of franchise owners, a high percentage of whom are women, and we work hard to provide excellent support, training and resources, while also continually listening to our franchise owners to determine how we can improve the system.”
Drama Kids was one of only 4 children’s developmental/enrichment and tutoring franchises in the Children’s Services category to make the list. The company’s overall satisfaction score exceeded the average score for all franchise brands surveyed, as well as the average score for all Children’s Services franchises. Ranking categories where Drama Kids scores exceeded the overall and Children’s Services averages include Franchise System, Leadership, Core Values, Franchisee Community, Financial Opportunity and General Satisfaction.
