Month 2: Build Your Local Presence

Continue securing class locations, begin networking throughout your territory, develop school and community partnerships, and start executing your local marketing plan.

Month 3: Build Enrollment & Your Team

Open registration for your first programs, increase local marketing and outreach, recruit and prepare instructors as needed, and continue building awareness throughout your territory.

Month 4: Prepare to Launch

Complete in-person curriculum training in Tampa, finalize class schedules and locations, prepare your instructors, and get ready to welcome your first Drama Kids students.
